About the drunk fuck ups.....It depends on the seriousness of their fuck ups.
Going to the shows should also be considered a privilege. If you fuck up, you may lose that privilege.
Now, if I had a rep that did it more than once and it was a destructive sort of thing....I'd fire them. Hell, I'd most likely fire them during the show the first time if they were being destructive.
