any program that plans on staying with a 3rd party biller deserves everything they have coming to them.
no longer does the 3rd party biller absorb the fines, fees, regulations etc etc etc.
it is all getting handed down to the client (you)
so whats the point of a 3rd party anymore these days?
if your business is of the size that you can afford a few ppl todo customer service or outsource... cut checks, and handle a few minor things. then your own merch acct is the way togo.
you save 10% of YOUR income right off the bat.
