i can only load icq late at night now - during the day i have to use icq java - goto icq.com and use the 'icq anywhere' option - the java version seems to work best for me, flash fucks up a lot on me- only thing that sucks is you can't save your messages or cut and paste from what was sent. but at least it works.
I've been that way for over a year now. Icq has horrible programing issues
