A member complained that he couldn't play the wmv/or divx option on his mac, so I cancelled and refunded him right away. Like good customer service, this was done within 3 hours of his complaint.
This is the email I got back today:
"
I was very dissapointed at the time lapsed between being able to see some of the videos on Lia19.com and your discontinuing the same simply because the same password that allowed me to see a few of them was no longer accepted after repeated intent on my part to continue viewing Lia19.com I had to cancell it in order to start all over again and that did not work either in the meantime your refund of my subscription you'd say, will take a few weeks for me to get it. I believe I have been had and I am sending a copy of this email to the FCC because It sounds like a ripoff and in your part, the longer you'd hold my refund the more interest you'd collect on it, and thats were the ripoff lies."
This is what I 'feel' like replying to it -- but I'll hold back haha:
You must be insane my friend; I don't hold your money -- a transaction that is voided doesn't even show up on your credit card -- that is you haven't even been charged in the first place. Even if the money would be 'held', it would be held by ccbill and their banks, and not our company. I was wise to void your account immediately, you are one of those strange/angry people that every merchant needs to avoid. I'd hate to be your dentist haha.
