I'm assuming you're talking about some kind of TGP or traffic-trade script that you're using. It helps if you give as much information as you can when asking for help.
If that's the case I'd say your best bet is to hack the script so that whenever a hit is determined to be coming from a deleted account or cheater they're redirected to wherever you want to send them.
