Only trade with folks who have lots of pop ups, and dont put pop ups on YOUR site, when people hit your site from your trades, (should have at least 300) they will say to self "wow no more pop ups" and stay on your page.
Make sure you have bookmark button or big bookmark this page text link, and youll be pumping out 200k a day in prolly 6 months.
