When I can't sleep here is what I do... (I pick one or two of them)

Take Melatonin
Take a Zanax or Valium
Drink milk
Turn the lights down low
Read a book
Rub one off

And if all that doesn't work, I will eat a Zanax or Valium and have a few drinks.
