It isn´t really, but police does not persecute them much. We have even famous prostitute road here (E55). There you can not stop at a gas station not to be bothered by a few of them.

Some towns around the borders are full of nightclubs. That´s one of the things tourists come here for - pretty girls, good food and beer.
