You are a smart man, Charles...this is a terrific question....but I have to tell you that I have never had a good response from recruiting firms. Maybe I have just had bad experiences with a few bad apples, but I am here to tell you that I wasted a ton of money years ago trying to use these people to find good employees when I was in Corporate America. What they seem to find are "professional interviewers". I even had one employee that had been placed in 5 jobs in 5 years from the SAME recruiter. He did nothing wrong, per se, since they really only guarantee an employee for 90-180 days, but I think that borders on fraud.
So, in a nutshell, I have thought about that but I just have had no good experiences using any type of recruiting company.
Do you personally know one that would not screw me that you would be willing to recommend??
