Our growth has come via our pristine reputation among our potential clients and the word of mouth of our existing customers. The proper candidate?s number one priority will be to build a sales team that will take us to a billion dollar organization. That right Director of Sales will absolutely reap the rewards of their success.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

? Develop a completely new sales team from the ground up
? Develop sales team salary/commission structure
? Develop sales training program
? Develop and lead sales team, including mapping out strategy for covering the market
? Perform sales tasks while building the sales team
? Increase sales and meet sales objectives in our world-wide market
? Develop and deliver strong marketing strategies
? Develop, deliver and participate in proposal preparation and sales presentations
? Develop marketing materials to be utilized in sales presentation and proposals
? Identify and target new customers
? Cultivate relationships with existing customer base
? Provide regular performance reports
? Work conjunctively with COO to develop systems and processes
? Accountable for the execution of all sales activities
? Help to identify possible acquisition targets

Qualifications:

? BS/BA in business, communications or related field or related experience
? Must have a consistent and proven track record
? Ability to clearly and effectively set goals and attain them as evidenced by track record
? Must have quantifiable results in a similar industry
? 5-7 years sales experience in telecom or a closely related field
? Demonstrated success in translating marketing plans into successful sales
? Prior management, recruitment and team-building skills
? Exhibit the sales skills required to lead by example
? Thorough knowledge of the Internet, including web hosting
? Ability to hit the ground running
? Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
? Willingness to travel and participate in trade shows and customer relationship building
