Is this a joke? I was hoping it was, but as i kept reading i think he's serious. Thats some crazy shit Lenny. The white man ( or any man for that matter) can only hold you down if you let them. I'm tired of hearing black men use that as an excuse for their own fucking failures. Stop fucking hood bitches and venture off of the block sometimes. You might find some new opportunities. Thats the problem with us black folks, we're to stuck in our ways and dont want to try new things. We dont understand that just cause you were raised a certain way does not mean it has to go on for generation after generation. You have to make it a point to break the chain. When i grew up i didn't have shit, to the point where there were roaches AND rats in my house. Now i own my own property, got nice things in my house, a car and a different pair of shoes for every day of the week. You know why? Because i didn't let "The White Man" hold me down. I got up and decided i was going to do something in my life and guess what, it took working with "The White Man" to get to where i am now. The narrow minded racist brain keeps you from liking white people which keeps you from working with them, which may impede on a lot of opportunities. Think outside the box homie. Step outside of what you know and are use to and try looking in from a different angle. You'll be surprised at what you figure out.
