550 bland? 550 class. If you buy cars because they're loud, or because they look like the car that the pimp down the street has, you're on the wrong track. If you like to drive a supercar, you will not buy a Lamborghini. If you want to show off, you'll buy one, but you don't really love them. You love what they bring to you. And by the way, in that case, a Ferrari will get you as laid as much, and that includes a lot of other cars, like a BMW Z8, and a bunch of others. You REALLY cannot love cars, and drive a Lamborghini, unless it's a crazy Miura. I spent time with the people that used run the tragic Lamborghini F1 program. Believe me, they had no clue.
I spent endless times in F1 paddocks, and with Rally racing teams, like Lancia. It's no Nascar, you know...It's real racing, real technology, real passion, not a joke.
There're people out there that think that Rolex is a cool watch. It's a cute thing, but if you love watches, you will buy something else (If you can afford it), like a Patek. Why? Because those are watches. You can buy the Gioconda poster, and pretend it gives you the same emotions as the real thing, but it's not the same thing. It's still a flat, emotionless, poster.
Maybe you can go down the store, and plug glowing neons on it, but it will make it cheesy, not the real one.
Class, thanks God, cannot be purchased, or taught. Ask yourself why only certain countries love Lamborghinis, and Italians are not among them. Ask yourself why the countries that love Lamborghinis are not known to have the best taste, or the deepest cultural level. In Italy they label Lamborghini owners as butchers that made money, and they know a thing or two about good taste.
What he said. True car afficionados are Ferrari. New money with questionable taste like rappers go for lime-green lamborghinis. Thank goodness the new ones don't melt down the back like the old Countaches. It's sort of the equivalent of wearing a gucci sweatsuit because you think it looks good, but everyone is really snickering.

The technology for Ferrari is developed for the race track; F1. That's true history, heritage and passion and it's reflected in the car. Not everyone understands. Has a lamborghini even made it on the F1 track?

At least you can start a long-lasting relationship with your mechanic if you pick up a lambo.
