I'm quite active as it is. Just haven't pumped iron since January. I had to stop exercising in Feb and that's when the pounds came on. Haven't gotten heavier thank goodness but I now know my maximum. If I change my eating regimen I'm sure I'll be able to burn off 5lbs a week as I have a high metabolism anyway.
It's funny that sometimes it's tough to get rid of fat and sometimes not.
