See?...this is where you're not too bright. I said those charges were withdrawn. That should tell you that the obscenity issue was resolved, but you're not quite right in the head so it doesn't quite register for you.
Sweetmoney had obscenity charges a year and a half ago (and beat them)..... are you saying they are shady fucks too? Obscenity charges are the government's way of shitting on all of us, such unfounded unreasonable charges are commonplace.
If you had half a brain in your idiot head you would applaud those among us who have had the means and the guts to stand up for themselves and for this industry. Beating such charges puts the authorities on the defensive and puts one in the win column for our side. (duh)
