This is pretty deep shit..

From what I understand not all the companies listed spam and they do close webmaster accounts that don?t send compliant emails. Notice some settled while others didn?t, if you didn?t violate the law then no reason to settle.

And?.. THIS ISN?T the cost of doing business, this is the cost of breaking the law.
