TheDoc - I totally disagree with you as these types of postings are covered under the "fair-use" doctrine and laws. These have been litigated many times in courts and since GFY falls under the non-commercial use of the articles and used for comment/discussion they could never be liable in my opinion - and my opinion is only based on EFFs faqs about the fair use of copyrighted materials since they follow these types of cases constantly.
