Essentially, I tried to load X amount to my Epass account, from my bank, using my bank card.
Transaction declined.
I get suspicious, then I recall that I didn't change my address in Epass to match the one the bank would use as an Auth.
Change address in Epass.
Have a change of heart with X amount.
So I rerun the transaction, under the impression that the new zip code will resolve everything.
Transaction declined, yet, in this case, the new X amount is subtracted from the account. This amount does not reflect my Epass acount total.
Call epass. They say they declined the amount and that I submitted a transaction to quickly after changing my address and that the database did not properly read it. Call the bank, they say the money will be returned back to me in 3 to 5 days. Happy ho.
They say this happened because of the declined transaction.
But there were two declines?
Why is only one in pending, and the other uneffected?
