Tuesday night is relatively slow, but you should probably go to Lincoln road. Wander around, look at shops and there are some good resturants. Touch is one of my favorite resturants there. The Hotel Astor will probably be pretty good later on... It's on Washington at about 8th or 9th.
On Wednesday night, make reservations for 10pm at Ago, then go to Skybar afterwards (Both at the ShoreClub hotel on Collins and 19th). Later on at about 2 or 3am I would go to Mynt, just north on Collins. You can walk there from The Shore Club.
