I am not sure how much reps get paid, I do know a few that have to rely on a good commission structure to survive.

I meant you could rep a program and still be an affiliate for that program (my WEG account is YEARS old) AND other programs too
But yes, a lot of shady stuff goes on too where reps get screwed (not with me and WEG of course, just seen it with other people/companies).
