Too funny! They are illegal in Ohio but sold in regular firework stores all over as long as you swear you are taking them out of the state to use.
We're only allowed sparklers, smoke bombs and flares I think are legal. (listening to a neighbor shoot off 8" rockets right now :-( the idiot)
