I don't get it, if it was making 50k a year, why is it parked at sedo?
Specially when I've always found that already developed sites go faster and get more money in than just domains.
If what you say is true, by parking it there you are just pulling the price down (a price that is already way under market value if it makes 50k a year).
This simply doesn't make any sense, and I call bullshit.
