I live in Peru for 20 years during the civil war with Sendero Luminoso. I had all my apartment windows blown out twice by large car bombs. I took a minor bullet shot in the chest in 1997. I understand political violence very well which is why I feel the need to post about it.

Terrorism is defeated by police work and the public will. Terrorism isn't defeated by terror or military action. One day you will learn.
