I totally disagree with that theory.
If you're constantly getting negative attention, EVEN though it may appear that people are signing up to promote your program...there will always be those who will NEVER sign up and NEVER say a word about it publicly.
Privately however, when someone asks those same people whether or not a certain company is worth doing business, they'll direct them to one of the most powerful and unforgiving reference tools in our industry...
