Things most likely have changed since then... it's their style to "restructure" every morning after breakfast and shuffle the "shareholders", so hard to say a solution to anyone currently being owed. They probably have clause 4 sub para 45 now which reads .. "We have no liability for any prior debts...we just charge cards."
