There are several differnet types of accounts, including those issued by sponsors to anonymous parties. That type of account does not enjoy the same parameters as someone who is identified with ePassporte.
There are several types of accounts. There are also ways to upgrade your account. Even more, there are accounts that have very little restrictions what-so-ever. My point is that if you are a high-volume business, there are accounts custom made to suit your needs. A freebie affilaite account isn't the right kind of account for someone who needs to move large sums of money unless they do what is required to increase their parameters.
