I was gonna withdraw to my bank account but I wanted to buy something from a pretty big online store so I just decided to try the virtual Visa instead.
Anyway the card got autorized, then declined. Had to make tons of phone calls, the merchant dropped the authorization but epass still wont unless I get the merchant to fax them., which they did, but epass says they didnt. Going in circles now. Just a big waste of time and I still dont have access to my money.
