Pfft... I love my cats but I'm still higher on the food chain. I take care of my animals and I think it beats the alternative of them being in a shelter or put to sleep because of overpopulation. They are happy, safe, and healthy.
I think it's kinda funny how so many people freak out about declawing cats, yet have no problem circumcizing their male children. Insanity!
