All of these "miracle" and expensive skin creams are a rip off.

You can moisturize the skin, you can exfoloate it, but you cannot change the properties deep within the skin with over the counter skin creams. You cannot change your genetics.

And placebo effect figures in here a great deal. A lady might feel really good after using a cream that costs $1800 on herself, I don't doubt that. But my guess is that she would feel exactly the same if the $1800 cream in question were removed from its packaging and replaced with plain moisturizer.
