Phatservers kicks ass.
In a rush I moved to them a couple weeks ago and they had me up and running right away. Their tech guys answered all my stupid questions via email within the hour and I have capabilities now on my server I haven't had before in the 5 years I've been in this business.
Nice to also see they notify people in advance of doing anything that would affect site downtime
I wish our credit card processors would do that.
