Countries we should not. Any country that pulls the nuke card on the US would not only have all their military and politcal command centers decimated, but would be isolated from the world's economy instantly, and have the entire block of western and NATO countries to deal with.

Not gonna happen unless someone is damn stupid, and the Chinese are not.
