Alright guys/girls, I want to build 10 new sites. I want to split the designs between 2 or 3 guys. Anyone know a good designer who isn't crazy expensive? I'm looking for a basic layout, somewhat like

header and then content blocks(I'll fill the content in the blocks), i can take care of the rest if I want to tweak it later. Of course I'd want the PSD's. Any help is appreciated.
