I always look at these shows as two things.
Propaghanda and training videos.
The first is the establishments way of telling you "You will get caught" over and over again. Always some ex cop hosting the show and telling you over and over... dont run, you will get caught.
The problem is, they always run from the first cop that tries to pull them over... then the chase begins and other cops join in along the line.
The first thing you have to do is kill the cop on the spot.
Then torch the car to kill the videotape footage locked in the trunk.
They already have your info from the cop calling you in while you are being pulled over, but at least they wont have the video of you sending the cop to meet his maker.
Then you run.
