I agree it seems a bit high, you might be better off getting the site to a point where you have at least a few paying sponsors. It seems like you've spent some time putting the site together so you might as well get it to a point where you can get some $$'s from it. I've also not found ebay to always be the best spot to sell sites, unless you make sure and hit the adult boards and let them know about it
