You're kidding, right? China is going to take Taiwan back before America pulls it's troops out of Iraq. This comment was to let the hawks in Washington know that they're serious about defending themselves if the US tries to interfere.
Some of you should really stop paying so much attention to American war movies and start paying more attention to American wars. The US can not take on China and their allies without the entire world turning into a nuclear waste land, including North America. Go back to organizing coups against socialist leaders in poor South American countries, although the incompetent Bush administration can't even pull that off.
