You really have no idea what the fuck you're talking about.
I bought a script, within a month of the PROPOSED regs coming out. As far as ANYONE could tell, that script was compliant with the PROPOSED regulations.
It was also the only software solution available at that time.
We had alot of work to do and there was no way we could wait for the final regs to be published, so we started working toward being compliant with the PROPOSED regs.
The final regs were published, and we knew some changes had to be made to the software. We hired the programmers who wrote the software to make some custom changes for us.
In the meantime the programmers sold the exclusive rights to this program to Gen X law, therefore, Gen X law now owns the program and if they sell it, it is in no way, shape, or form, pirated.
I got ripped off by the programmers because they disappeared with my money and never made the changes to the software that I paid for. If you think that somehow reflects poorly on ME, then you're more delusional than I thought you were.
However I'd like to thank you for pointing out that neither I, nor my attornies know anything, and that we should have just listened to you the whole time.
