A. GenX Law contracted Mxdevelopment to create some exclusive software that would be compliant based on the proposed regulations from a year ago.

B. When the new regs were unveiled they went to Mxdevelopment to have them change the software to be compliant.

C. Somewhere along the way Mxdevelopment has been selling this software behind their back to other people. THEY are the ones "pirating" and selling what you think is non-compliant software. But since we don't really know what's been sold (or hasn't), you can't really claim anything. All you can do is post useless crap with no facts.

D. GenX never sold any software. And since they contracted Mxdevelopment to write the software for them (and only them), they haven't pirated anything either.
