Lenny2 , I like you alot.
But my jumping to this conclusion is based on what I read. I am not one of the two parties involved, and I should have kept my mouth shut and opinion to myself. because not being one of the two participants means I don't have all the relavant information. So you are probably right here. As I said I'll go away now and mind my own business.
Just remember when you ask for your refund be nice, or they probably won't give it to you. Or better yet maybe they will give you the software, and do your updates for free.
