Comparing cogent to verio is like comparing a BMW M3 to a Hyundai Tiburon.
Yeah, both of them will have problems sometimes, but the problem with cogent is, wether they are up or down, they suck. 90% of their routes range from "bad" to "very bad", whereas 90% verio's routes range from "good" to "bad".
