That point should be made first.
Instead, this employee of yours decided to punish the wm by removing them from the program, or at least make the wm an unnecessary target.
As for the 1 click thing.
Sales are encouraged, not punishment them.
I am not certain why tranza only made one click, but that is HIS business, and thanks to your employee, you'll probably have a hard time getting any more of HIS business.
The cliche of "This is Business" is the worst arguement you could ever use to justify your point. I hope ur not the person who replied in that manner, nor the President; because if these are the actions u take, then i think u might want to take some courses in crtical thinking/logic.

Logic?? Ok here is logic.
Webmaster #1 complains we send him too many e-mails.
We check to see if he is he truley is an affiliate.
An affiliate is NOT someone that signs up to get e-mails..an affiliate is supposed to be a partner in sales.
We seen he didNOT send ANY clicks...NOT EVEN ONE..in 6 months.
So it's very simple. Eliminate his e-mails and the only way to do that is to eliminate him from the program.
That's logic 101..school of hard knocks
