So one of our tech guys is on the phone with one of our billing agents. The billing agent, looking at our account says, "hey you're the guys who do Big Sausage Pizza! I have an amusing story for you..."
So this woman contacts billing agent complaining "what's this charge on my credit card that my son made while he was in college!!!"
Billing agent: "well ma'am that was for Big Sausage Pizza."
Woman: "Oh, well if it was for pizza, that's no big deal."
