I am sorry but this is just another excuse for lazy fucking parents who want someone else to raise their kids. Instead of taking the time to actually find out what their kids are into and doing. I don't have any children and for the exact reason that right now I still have too much shit going on for me. Maybe more parents need to take a bit more time to decide if they are ready to be a full time parent before they just go popping out a couple spawns that are raised by TV and the XBOX.

Agreed, when my child is old enough, I fully intend to play video games with him and help her progress, learn and problem solve with them.
But I never want to just use it as a tool to keep him occupied so I can do something else.
And even if I ever did, I'd be very certain which games he was and wasn't playing. Games rated "M" for Mature have no business being in the game consol of a 10 year old.
