It should not be used as a means of contraception. Sure one "mistake," yeah I get it. I'm not gonna hold it against someone.

However if you have had more than 1, you need to start evaluating your life. If you have had more than 2, you are seriously fucked in the head. I don't know how destroying what could have become your child could not fuck up your head.

Sorry, you can cry all the bullshit you want to about how some girls will not be able to discuss this with parents, they should have considered that before they got into the situation.

This is what life is about, making hard choices, facing up to consequences, not avoiding them.

You name me one other medical procedure that a minor could have without having any adult sign on for it...name one.

Now with that in mind. If the parent is against the abortion, but the minor wants to have it. Then I believe she should be able to petition family court and a guardian ad litem be appointed for her to ensure that her wishes are met.

I just don't feel children should be able to bypass their parents on such an important issue, regardless of whether or not the parents get to have an impact on the choice in the end.
