I have NEVER heard a story like this before were the cops kill a hostage in an attempt to take down the criminal.
They should have backed off and waited for a sharpshooter to arrive.
How would you like to be taken hostage in LA now, knowing that at any moment they could unload gunfire on YOU just to kill your captor?
