I think it's funny that anyone could even remotely fault these officers... the motherfucker SHOT a cop in the shoulder (could have EASILY been his head or heart), he was still shooting at police and they shot at him, a MOVING, erratic target. 1 cop wasn't PERFECT in his aim, the poor little girl died.

As tragic as it is, COPS are NOT perfect. They tried their best. Sometimes hostages die. It's a fact. It happens. It appauls me that the family and some of you idiots can say the police had any fault in this.

I would venture to say that even if the GUY did not SHOOT A COP, just shot AT COPS, they would be EQUALLY as RIGHT to shoot how and when they did.
