my response is a mere analogy of a statement by Ron C about letting chicks in for free to add value to the environment of the show. nightclub operation and tradeshow operation are very similar.
nightclub = gathering of people for the purpose of entertainment.
sex tradeshow = gathering of people for the purpose of business and entertainment.
not sure about others, but all i see at shows is partying. webmsters drink and party from the time they wake up in the morning until they go to bed at 6am. thats what i see, maybe i'm wrong.
i'm probably older than you bro or close. 35 in 2 weeks.
i think the bottom line point here is if you end up cutting off the chicks that really have no reason to be at the show besides their rack, and to attract attention to brands, then you can possibly end up slitting your own throat if you sat and did the math. shows are an environment and if the chemistry is wrong, it can fuck you. i don't wanna be around 95,000 dudes, even if they are my friends. my personal opinion with any type of event is if you have the capacity in a venue, all the women who are eye candy, or there strictly to look good and get hit on by dudes with lots of money who have the intent to spend said money on the women mentioned, my professional opinion is to let any woman who is there to attract attention to themselves, in for free.
i have watched several events bomb and burn into failure because of greedy promoters. i'm not saying avn is greedy, i could give a shit, i'm saying when you mess with the balance and chemistry of the event, (especially one dealing directly in sex), you'd better be careful. roger didn't bring this up for no reason. he dcould easily bring 25 girls to that pool. i could bring another 10 on the low scale if i was going. you think i would pay 3000 dollars to bring 10 moochers to the show anyhow. women liek the ones we know are a lot of work, alot.
thats my point in a nutshell. strictly a professional opinion from someone who has done successful shows for over 10 years. not that i expect anyone to listen. i am here for your entertainment.
