yes,my example was for a webmaster independent country. I know plenty webmasters from the called "poor" countries that make more than $10k/month. Also how someone can be considered good gallery builder if he hasn't spent money for content and paid hosting or even top listings? It's near impossible to get a serious amount of traffic if you do not have at least the first too. Although lately i really re-consider the term good gallery builder. Everything new good looking and probably good converting is being copied instantly.
