Roger if you're still reading this thread... I think it gets to the point bringing a company to a show (breezies too) where it's more economical to get a good sponsorship package that includes X amount of badges and a decent room discount.
Last August we spent about $10K - $12K going to the show without sponsoring when I could have gotten a tiny booth for $5K and some good discounts and badges.
Then again... I don't take my own advice... seeing how I don't even roll out of bed until the show floor is closed. Maybe in Jan.
