After reading a post by an ibill emplyee on this formum claiming they are paying former clients everything owed, I contacted them and asked for my money (as you do).

Go into your merchant account and down load the note payable,

You will receive 100% of what you are owed plus 3% interest.

Simply sign the note and return it to iBill.

You will be paid in two payments in 50% increments.

You may also be eligible for a portion to be paid to you via FIRST DATA.

If so make sure your bank account info is up to date in our records.

Any further questions feel free to contact me.

I have several other options available.

what Todd neglected to mention is that the payments will be in 2006 and 2007 so we'd have to wait two years to get our cash back...

WHAT A BUNCH OF LIEING THIEVING FUCKERS.

Its obvious that they are trying to give themselves enough time to worm out of it and have no real intentions of paying up.
