However, sometimes you have to pick your battles. And choosing one against an armed idiot is not one you should fight.

She should have gone with him, the manager would have testified that there was no $20 in the drawer, the tape would have been pulled and she could have then filed for false arrest...still got $60K without all the pepper spray hassle.
