I had the same shit happen with nextel. The service was fine. But at the end of my contract I wanted to cancel and switch carriers. Well they said I never signed a year contract and signed a 3 year. They wanted to charge me like 700 per phone to cancel it. which was all bullshit cause when i got the phones I used my credit and only had to sign for the year...
Anyways... I went all the way up to the regional manager and he flat out told me to shove it. He also was very aggressive and also said he was going to "ruin my credit"... in which I replied with "I am going to burn your house"....
what a shit storm I caused after that...
